Eligibility and Application
The Fellowship in Integrative Medicine is designed for licensed clinicians. We are currently accepting the following professions for the Fellowship program:
Medical Doctors
Doctors of Osteopathy
Physician Assistants
Nurse Practitioners
- Advanced Practice Nurses
- Chiropractors
- Dentists
- Direct Entry Midwives*
- Licensed Acupuncturists
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- Medical Doctors
- Naturopathic Doctors
- Occupational Therapists
- Osteopathic Doctors
- Pharmacists
- Physical Therapists
- Physician Assistants
- Podiatrists
- Psychologists
- Registered Dietitians
- Registered Nurses (with a BA/BS)
Required Documents
- Current curriculum vitae (include all activities since medical/graduate school graduation with month/year format)
- Copy of medical/NP/PA school transcript
- Copy of USMLE or COMLEX scores (medical applicants only)
- Copy of ECFMG Certificate, if applicable
- 2 letters of reference/recommendation
- Copy of your current medical and/or professional license
- Personal statement describing your background, your interest in integrative medicine and your career goals
- Headshot – Your current photo (.png or .jpg file preferred)
Notes: Any documents in a language other than English must be officially translated into English. If your profession does not require one of the above certificates , please upload a Word document with a statements such as: “My profession does not require this.”
