Bridging Technology and Whole-Person Care Across the Menopause Transition
Menopause is more than a hormonal transition—it is a complex life stage that affects physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and occupational well-being. This presentation explores how digital health technologies, patient-generated health data, and emerging innovations can support whole-person approaches to perimenopause and menopause care while highlighting the importance of human-centered, evidence-informed strategies that address the diverse needs of midlife women.
