The Opportunity
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for integrative medicine and wants to be part of something bigger than a job. This is not a role for someone looking for a quick stop along their career path – we are looking for a long-term teammate (5-8 years or more) who is eager to learn, grow and transform lives alongside us.
You won’t be left on an island. We work as a team. The lead clinician solves the complex “medical mysteries,” and you will be responsible for patient follow-up, care management, and building lasting relationships that sustain long-term healing.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the lead clinician to deliver exceptional integrative and functional medicine care.
• Provide follow-up visits and ongoing management for patients navigating chronic conditions.
• Support patients in lifestyle transformation and natural healing approaches.
• Contribute to care plans with insight, empathy and a focus on root-cause healing.
• Participate in comprehensive training to master our unique clinical model.
• Work collaboratively as part of a unified team – no independent panels, no silos.
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong interest in integrative and functional medicine (required).
• Experience in pain management (a plus, but not required).
• Enthusiastic learner with a growth mindset – attitude is more important than current skill set.
• Commitment to a long-term role with training, development, and stability.
• Team-oriented, patient-centered, and purpose-driven.

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 annually
