Presenter Bio: Irina Todorov, MD, is the Medical Director of the Cleveland Clinic Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine. She is board certified in Family and Integrative Medicine. Dr. Todorov believes that we all should strive to achieve optimal physical, social, and mental health. She uses treatment modalities like nutrition optimization, exercise therapies, herbs, acupuncture, mind-body and manual therapies to enhance the body’s healing process.
